klebekah appreciation week ↠ day 5. most heartbreaking moment

        ↳ 4.01 “Growing Pains”
”You want your family? Here’s your family!”
”You know something, Rebekah, you’re right. I don’t care. From this                               moment on…”

This scene is beyond merely heartbreaking, for a number of reasons. Klaus is literally denouncing their bond of ‘always and forever’, denouncing her as his family. The look on her face just before he snaps her neck is telling—never in a thousand years has he dared to break the bond of family. And some may say that this is merely a display of Klaus’s cruelty, but he is not simply acting out as a spoiled child would because he didn’t get his way. Those bags of blood were his ticket to a family who not only bent to his will, but understood his pain and urges. While he loves his blood relatives, Klaus has always wanted a family that fully accepts and understands each and every part of that. And he is too blind to see that in Rebekah, to see that she, too, understands seeking comfort in other’s arms, or that he needs to look no farther than her for a real, accepting family. Besides that, the harshness of degrading her to nothing is undoubtedly words that have stung both Niklaus and Rebekah before. The weight of those words speaks volumes, and the emotion, the raw heartbreak, translates in those final, resounding words.

let’s face it - you’re either a dick person or a cock person, and it’s pretty unbearable to read a fanfic with the wrong expletive describing a penis

After I finished high school I went to Hong Kong and Thailand and spent some time there. Just to get that whole experience of being out of the bubble that I was in from high school in Vancouver, to be able to travel around and be on your own was an amazing experience.

KLEBEKAH APPRECIATION WEEK
day 4 - favorite ‘partners-in-crime’ moment
I loved when they teamed-up in 1x03 in order to save Elijah. They make such a good team; a diabolical duo. They are definitely both clever and they know how to create the perfect masterplan.

When they arrived all dressed-up at Marcel’s party it was amazing. They had a gorgeous entry arm in arm, both in black, plotting and ready to act their plan in pure Mikaelson style.
